17+ years of experience in the downstream and midstream aspects of the oil and gas industry. Demonstrated success leading teams in engineering, operations, and commercial facets. He has also maintained his professional engineer license in the state of Texas since 2008. ​

Leon spent his oil and gas career with ExxonMobil, starting in project management and technical advisory roles and growing to an executive level over the span of 17+ years, lastly managing the downstream business across the US Rockies and West Coast – a $2B+ revenue, $200M+ net profit enterprise. He specializes in detail design, construction execution, and continuous improvement over the ongoing operation, maximizing asset profitability and reliability. ​

Leon currently invests in real estate properties in Ohio, Colorado, Texas, and California as a partner and President of XYZ Equity Partners while also providing business development and management strategies across several sectors. 

Justin is a HYBRID real estate development professional with over 16 years of experience in real estate development and construction management. His time includes exposure to various government-sponsored housing finance programs, conventional lenders, underwriting, tax law, contract law, accounting, and investment fund structures. Justin has successfully generated real estate development deals for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits in the Western United States, recently having had his 3rd application approved. As a professional developer, he has experience managing portfolios in excess of $40 million dollars, cash flow projections, and project schedules. He has successfully managed over 7 multi-unit developments and has 5 in current development. He has expanded his personal real estate portfolio with investments in various single and multi-unit family homes throughout Arizona. 

Using his background in sales, marketing, and management, Lawrence has established himself as a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in establishing and growing businesses. Two notable mentions are Imperial Initiative LLC, a financial service firm specializing in individual and business real estate tax strategy. As a partner of Oceanview Capital Group, he was responsible for acquiring and operating private medical offices within Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Lawrence’s most recent venture, BELLAROI Inc., is a transportation & logistics company that specializes in over-the-road freight hauling and truck parking facilities throughout the United States.

Lawrence has also been trained as a real estate developer. He spent 3 years analyzing and underwriting multifamily apartment buildings in Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, New Mexico, Iowa, and Texas. His experience is diverse and his industry relationships are a driving force for XYZ's success.
